3. Insulation pin, fastening for insulation. Can be either welded or Non-welded Configurations.

4. Base size: 25*25mm, 35*35mm, 40*40mm, 45*45mm, 50*50mm all are standard.

5. Diameter: 1.70mm for 25*25mm base, 2.67mm and 3.00mm for both 35mm or 50mm base are standard. Other sizes available by special order only.

6. Length: 20mm to 150mm are standard. Other lengths available by special order.

7. Material: 1.70mm pin is aluminum, 2.67mm and 3.00mm pin are low carbon steel. Also available by special order in all stainless steel or all aluminum.

8. Plating: galvanized coating is standard, yellow, white and blue gal are available.

9. Operation at ambient temperatures between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius.

10. Work surfaces should be clean and dry, free of dust, grease, oil and any other loose matter.

11. Remove the protective release paper taking care not to touch the adhesive.

12. Insulation can be impaled immediately and firmly locked with fastening clips but maximum strength of adherence is achieved after 24 hours.
